Our Westerly Subdivision project owned by Lennar Homes, started in 2018, and is designed to hold 59 new housing lots. This project consists of clearing & demolition, mass grading, along with the full stabilization of each lot including all required erosion controls in place. This job involves full site developement with over 700ft of storm drain, over 1900 ft of water line, and over 500 ft over sanitary pipe.
