Shady glen fire station

Our Shady Glen Fire & EMS Station project  launched in the Winter of 2020, and it is one of LLF’s newest projects! This job, located right off of MD 214 E, consists of the clearing & demo of existing conditions, and the installation of 6 bio-retention facilities. Before the fire station is built, rough grading must be done to house the two building pads, along with the implementation of standard SSWM utilities including over 400ft of sewer line, and over 500ft of water line. This site also contains retaining walls, curb & gutter, and temporary seeding/stabilization.
