Demo, Clearing, Excavation, Utilities & Sediment Controls

LLF, Inc. provided the demolition of 3,150 linear feet of Utilities; 35,000 square feet of walkways; 2,000 linear feet of C/G; and 2 acres of clearing.  Site Development included 16,000 cubic yards of on-site excavating; importing 28,000 cubic yards of structural fill and all erosion controls.  Installed Geo Thermo Wells for heating and air-conditioning, a sewer pump station and over 3,500 linier feet of water, sewer and storm drain Utilities in addition to 4,000 tons of asphalt paving and 3,300 square feet of new walk ways.  Constructed the road widening of MD route 2.
