Our Chase at Quince Orchard project, owned by Lennar, is relatively close to the other development site. This project is very similar to our Westerly project, however, it is about half the size. Although smaller, just under 8,000 LF of utility line has been installed so far! This location is set to hold 106 new homes for families! Take a look at the drone pictures to see our progress.
