Demo, Clearing, Excavation, Utilities & Sediment Controls
The demolition of the “old” and construction of the “new” Arnold Elementary School required an extensive Site Development package. LLF exported over 57,000 cubic yards (5,700 dump truck loads) of dirt and installed over 5,000 feet of utilities consisting of storm drain, water, and sewer lines. The contract also included installation of 10,620 square yards of sub-base and paving as well as 26,456 square feet of sidewalks.
